Nonprofits
A church-training nonprofit kept its relationships in a CRM that was not designed around churches. Its orders were spread across an online store and a payment processor, and its bookkeeping was done by hand. Jeff Hunt replaced the CRM with a system built around the churches the organization serves, covering their orders, outreach and bookkeeping. He also built a tool that turns the organization's interview transcripts into consulting report drafts.

From interview transcripts to a consulting report draft
A consultant uploads a church's interview transcripts, confirms the themes and recommendations the tool finds, and receives a report draft in a standard outline to edit.
Smaller projects
- Board income statement. Turns the accounting system's profit and loss export into a one-page statement for the board, with year-to-date figures next to the budget.
- Subscription retention analysis. Measured retention by product and year and found that payment failures often came before a subscriber left, which shaped the dashboard's alerts.
- Donor records and reminders. Donor records and giving history in one place, with online gifts added automatically and a quarterly reminder to each team member about their donors.
- Training video access. Churches distribute time-limited codes so participants who missed a session can watch it.
- Manuscript editor. AI proposes edits to a book manuscript as suggestions, and the editor accepts or rejects each one.
- Leader's guide edits. A leader's guide updated from scanned pages of handwritten edits, with every edit that could not be read clearly logged for a decision.
- Financial process review and board policies. A review of the organization's finance and operations needs, and drafts of board policies such as document retention and gift acceptance.
