Healthcare

• Invoice exceptions for a hospital system's accounts payable team. For a healthcare AI company, Jeff designed a way for AI to correct the invoices the existing automation could not enter. The AI reads the invoice, checks the vendor and purchase order records and proposes the correction, skipping any invoice that contains patient information.
• A physician practice's website. A website for a physician's private practice, with contact by email link in place of a web form, so the site collects no patient information.

Online publishing

• Articles from sports and market data. Starting in 2013, a system turned sports scores and stock market data into readable news articles, years before AI language models. It posted them to news sites for an editor to publish.
• Writer workflow portal. Writers claimed a topic, started from a draft filled in with live search data and sent it to an editor. The portal tracked each article through publishing and payment.
• Product testing and scoring. Editors entered hands-on test results for each product, and the system scored them and built the comparison tables for each review.
